Conditions
- Cancelling: You can cancel a service up to 48 hours before. If you cancel after 48 hours the service must be paid in totality.
- Complaints: All complaints should be made 24 hours after the service is complete. Photographic evidence is required when filling a complaint.
- Time tolerance: There is 20 minutes waiting tolerance for the client and the cleaner. If the client doesn't show up and the cleaner has to leave without completing the job, the client will be charged for the totality of the service.
- No show ( cleaner ): If the cleaner can't make to the service for any unforeseen circumstances, we will do anything to find a replacement cleaner as soon as possible.
- Extra time: If extra time is required, once agreed between the client and cleaner please let us know as soon as possible.
- Insurance: In case of an accident during the service, our company is fully insured.
- Payment: For one time service the client should pay at the end of the job. In a contract longer then one month and with a minimum of two monthly services, the client can pay at the end of the month.
All payments must be made until 10.
